RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
To confirm and complete the reservation and ensure the availability of the accommodation selected for the chosen dates, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount as a deposit.
N.B.
If you have chosen the bank transfer as method of payment, please make the transfer within 48 hours otherwise the reservation will be considered void.

In any case, Siciliacasevacanze.com reserves the right to communicate any possible change or refusal of the reservation, in this case the amount paid will be returned immediately.

Payment methods are as follows:
- Bank transfer (bank details will be reported in the booking confirmation email);
- Online payment by credit card.
- Payment upon arrival by credit card.
The data of a valid credit card will be requested to guarantee the conditions of the accommodation.
In case of payment by credit card it will not be necessary to provide additional details as a guarantee.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Standard
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
If you cancel within 30 days before arrival you will be charged 30% of the total cost.
If you do not show up, you will have to pay the total amount.

Partially refundable
If you cancel your reservation you will be charged 30% of the total cost.
If you don't show up, the total amount will have to be paid.

Non refundable
In case of cancellation, modification or no-show you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
An amount equal to the total can be charged at any time.

BALANCE
The balance of the full amount will be requested upon arrival. Currency exchange is not available.

CITY TAX
1,50 euros per day per person, children under 12 years free.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Check in from 15.00 to 20.30. (Check-in after 20.30 has an additional cost of 25€)
Check out within 10.00.
In any case, you are kindly requested to communicate your arrival time in order to better organize the check in.
Any arrivals or departures at different times must be agreed in advance between the parties and confirmed by the host.

The rate includes final cleaning, supply of bed linen and bathroom towels, wifi (where available) and consumption (Note: Electricity consumption within 100Kw / hour per week).
